Ultra-resistant, opaque, quickly drying ink.

You can fix the paint for water resistance. Treatment depends on the material.
Wood, plastic, metal, leather, minerals: varnish (please make sure the varnish is compatible with the material)
Glass, frosted glass, porcelaine: oven or varnish
Fabric: ironing, no steam
Paper, carton: no treatment needed
