Tapegarden online shop (in Finnish ‘Teippitarha’ and official name BOXit & TAPEit, FI24025173) sells products to private persons and companies in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices.
Customers contact information
Please make sure to give a valid email and a phone number that can receive text messages. We will be in contact if we need additional information or details concerning your order. Please make sure your phone number includes your country code. You will not receive any newsletters or advertisements unless you subscribed to our newsletter.
Always check your shopping cart at the checkout. Before accepting your order there will be a summary of your order. At this point you can still make changes to amounts and products. You will always get a confirmation of the order in your email after order. If you do not get a confirmation, please check the email address you supplied / your spam folder or contact us at info[@]teippitarha.fi
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, delivery costs and returning policy (below). An order confirmation will be sent by email. The ordered products and their prices and taxes are showed in the order confirmation. You can buy and order without registering.
All prices include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.
Order processing time
Your order will be processed and shipped (left for shipment) within two business days. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you by email or phone. In these cases, the processing time may be longer.
All prices includes a VAT 24%. Paying VAT is required in EU.
Payment is made via a secure connection on the trusted payment provider’s page. Tapegarden servers do not process payments. Tapegarden never asks for bank account details, ID’s or passwords via email or phone.

Companies and public communities:
Companies and public communities in Finland can get an e-invoice. We need your accounting details (OVT, Operator) and Finnish VAT-number. E-invoice will include a 5€ billing extra.
Country specific payment methods (Stripe):
Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy) is one payment facilitator of the online shop and is your usable in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark and Russia. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods: With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported in Finland: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Enterpay Company Invoice, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.

Delivery time is calculated from the time the shipment is left for transport. Orders are packed and sent three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. During summertime, orders are packed and sent on Mondays and Thursdays.
Parcel includes tracking number.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, it should be reported to Tapegarden immediately, but at most within 14 days. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
All orders have a 14-day right of cancellation, which is calculated upon receipt of the products. The product will be returned within 14 days of the notice of cancellation unopened and unused in the original packaging. To cancel the order, the customer notifies Tapegarden by e-mail: contact @ tapegarden.com
Note! Individually made products have no right of exchange or return.
If the order has not been canceled and the products are returned to Tapegarden, we will charge the customer for the costs incurred for sending and returning them (2x the price of the delivery method). It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid telephone number and a valid (and active) e-mail address when receiving an order and to pick up the products after the arrival notification.
If you cancel and return the entire order, we will refund the price you paid for the order (according to the lowest postage). If you return only some of the products, we will only refund the purchase price of those products. We do not pay the difference between the cheapest option and any more expensive shipping method you chose (such as an express letter or package). Payment will be refunded using the payment method used by the customer after the products have arrived at Tapegarden and have been inspected for sale.
Shipping costs for returns and orders not picked up
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. It is our pleasure to advise on return issues and work with the customer to find the best (and cheapest) way to return. Always contact us before returning products.
For non-picked orders (Post, Matkahuolto and DB Schenker packages that the customer does not pick up at the pick-up point and returns to Tapegarden), we charge the customer 2x the delivery method price (we also must pay the return costs to the transport company). This amount will be deducted from the order price paid by the customer before the refund. Failure to pick up an order is not a cancellation of the order.
Tapegarden is responsible for the cost of return in the event of a misdelivered or damaged product. Contact us and we will provide return instructions.
Dispute resolution between seller and buyer

Our customers have been very satisfied with our service (see our Facebook page or search on Google). We do believe that our clients will not have difficulty in resolving any disputes with us. If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
