Our story
The story of Tapegarden started in 2011 when Janina (the founder of Tapegarden) couldn’t find the kind of tapes she wanted from Finland. One night she was browsing blogs and came across mt masking tapes. She woke up Antti (the current Head gardener) and after some discussion had him on board with the idea of selling these tapes in Finland.
Tapegarden was officially founded in August of 2011. In the beginning the selection included about 50 different tapes and a hope that there would be a market for a new type of tape. Since then, our tape selection has grown to include hundreds of different designs, colours and colour combinations. Nowadays Tapegarden also sells a notable variety of other products including pens, notebooks, paper straws, paper bags, stickers and many more.
The Headgardener (owner and CEO) is Mr. Antti Lampinen.
Tapegarden is located in Pirkkala, Finland.
